AC3Filter is DirectShow filter for AC3 decoding to play .AVI with AC3 audio tracks and MPEG2 (DVD).
Latest Changes:
- Fixed bug with some 14bit DTS streams
- SPDIF input support
- Autodetection of SPDIF stream in PCM16 data
- New SPDIF/DTS passthrough mode
- DTS conversion to 14bit to decrease the level of possible noise

Yes use K-Lite thath include ac3 filter.... and k-lite it's the best....

I have 1.11 and tought that this project was over...

But, you don't need k-lite codecs to use the AC3 filter. It works as a "stand alone" sound filter with any Windows PC audio card's drivers and the appropriate set of audio codecs. It also filters the sounds in DivX movies, mpeg, DVD etc.

klite is garbage. Download installers for the codecs you need. Save yourself the potential headaches.
