I tried many times to download the old patch from rapidshare but the site was always refusing my IP adress.It seems that after a few downloads,rapidshare wants you to pay a premium account.

Look at the official ACDSee site - powerpack version unfortunately no longer exists and FotoSlate is now standalone software.

I did not have problems installing the first upload but to open it is
taking a long time.Better job with a german software called Magix Photo
or just Picture It from Microcheap.It's just an opinion.
