ACDSee > v4.0 = awesome resource needed, slow to load (even on fast computers) and filled with unuseful stuff.

ACDSee 3.1 is very good on my winxp, still using it, rocks, has all features I need, its faster and loads almost instantly.

Another good program would be Compupic Pro, which is fast than Acdsee 5 and 6. Compared to those two, there is NO story even in features.
