Why AMD site doesn't have this AMD Processor Driver 1.3.2.6 ?

the amd site does host this driver for 64bit processors running 32 or 64 bit.

Things to ask for when buying a pc,

A COPY OF THE INSTALLED OPERATING SYSTEM (E.G. XP-SP2) Or recovery disk
A copy of any office package or encarter etc.
Mobo driver cd+Manual
Vga driver cd +Manual
LCD Monitor driver cd +Manual
HDTV Card driver cd +Manual
Modem driver cd +Manual
Latest AMD processor driver(Amd processor only)+dual core helper(dual cor only)

Every single component should have these things with it.
Get these things and a 10year old could reset the pc for you
when you crash it.
