Some of you seem to be confused about oem in that it can be a proper make/ brand but arrives in no fancy box and has no driver CD or extras because the shop bought in bulk, also can carry far shorted warrenty and it can also be companys like MSI and Gigabyte who make a 2nd range of cheaper mobos with no branding on them, they are sold to cheap companys who put their own bios on them and sell them in oem PC's, you can normally google the model number printed on mobo and find out who really made it.

If that makes sense i'll be f-cked.

Asus mother boards ARE crap, when they are custom made for Tiny, Gateway etc... the specs are decided by the company, and features a skimped as a saving on the price. When you buy an off the shelf Asus MOBO they RULE :) Had 1x MSI, then 2x Asus so far, and the ASUS outperform the MSI hands down.

SO: OEM Sux ---> BUT Asus MOBO's DON'T :P
