8.3 supposedly fixed agp issues with my card
and everyone proclaimed the issue fixed and then..
i fired up smartgart and many of the capabilities are disabled.

i will never ever buy anything ati again
and forever reccomend nvidia for now on
i have these cards..
x1650 pro, x700 pro, x1300 pro, 9800 aiw pro, 9600 pro ati & powercolor and a 7500 pro
