Avg is a cool n Quiet ... ideal one for... average users.... But still it remains as a failure to give complete protection...
i recomend Avg fo novice n dummys..
Still Avg is vulnerable to attacks of "black mal e" virus, "nexium" virus and .."GenericFX virus ".... if any of these attacks yours system.... there comes the end of Avg.....
but its ideal for average net users.... uses only very low system resources....

In windows vista, at startup, sometimes avg free is not working. what is the reason???

I think Mcafee more better than AVG, for example W32.Parite Virus by McAfee has been cleaned but AVG is deleted. sorry for my english grammar
