it_tek, Try this and see if it works. In the control center go to update manager and go into the settings. Then go to the URL's tab, there you will see 2 pre-loaded URL's. Untick these and enter in the following 2:
http://files2.grisoft.cz/softw/70/update
http://download.grisoft.cz/softw/70/update
Once done, make sure to tick the 2 newly added addresses. Then try and do an update, you should hopefully not get the messages anymore (for now).
I'm not sure if this works with all installed versions ie: + firewall, network edition, file server edition etc. If it does let us know.

Hi it_tek. I have reinstalled the AV+firewall and so far so good. All is up and running fine now with ALL options available to alter as you please.
