been using AVG since its inception..Never has let me down yet..I run XP pro,,,solaris 10,,and mac inviroments..I highly recommend this product....ciao Huey

AVG and NOD32 which is the best? The answer you can find in google search engine. Actually last time i ask same question like you. But now i realise that BOTH is GREAT!! Now i using Nod32 and AVG pro together

I recommend Kaspersky Internet Security ^^, but Kaspersky Anti-Hacker needs to be improved. I am using KIS at Notebook and KAV + Outpost Pro on my computer. It's a nice combination. As for freeware Versions i have used Avast Home, AVG Free, BitDefender Free and AntiVir Personal Classic Edition. For Freeware Versions i recommend AVG Free and BitDefender Free, as BD Free is an "on demand" scanner. For Freeware Firewalls I have tested Outpost Free, Zone Alarm Free, Kerio Personal Firewall (havent used the pro features afaik) and Sygate Personal Firewall. Zone Alarm wasn't that good. I don't like Kerio either, especially the "Allow file being executed"-Stuff got on my nerves >_>. For Sygate I can oknly say, that it wouldn't let me access the internet and caused BSoDs. Therefor i would recommend Outpost Free, but dunno if it still works on XP. It is still downloadable from Agnitum.
But before hearing on other opinions i would say do the same i did => Test every AV and FW out and choose the one which fits you best.

I've tried a lot of AVs. And I'ved talked to a lot of people too. For now I'm satisfied with kaspersky 6.0.303. It's great.

i install the AVG pro version and enter the key that 9 down given to me but my problem here is i can't uninstall the AVG pro. What can i do to uninstall the program?
