The Ultra Edition and Premium Edition are exactly the same. Ahead has just called it Ultra in the US and Premium in Europe.

That's why it's called a ripped version. If you want the full version then get the 2 CD full release by ADDICTION.

I think that nero is the best sotware to make cds and dvds i think is the best and this version is WOW....

I downloaded the nero 7 ultra by embrace from the link above. But i can't launch the nero burning rom. I can only use the Nero Express. Someone encountered this problem yet??

I tested the above on 3 pc's all passed a DVD Video / DVD Data - CD Audio / CD Data / CD VCD test using standard store bought sony media...

Drives Used came From /PC1 Sony DRU-700A/PC2 Sony DRU-700XL external/PC3 Plextor PX-716AL/SW

And Yes I can Start It From The Nero Shortcut or The Executable itself...

Keep in mind this has not yet been released to the public... And probably all version's that have been leaked are very early final's or very late beta's...therefore some bugs may exist and minor updates are being made... And that picture with the two discs and box does not mean that that is a final version... Demo's (betas) are released like that to certain software distributors... I used to work for one a couple years ago and we received nero 5 beta's in the full retail package...

I have not encountered any errors at all though on my pc's... Maybe try wiping your registry of all nero 6 keys if you had it installed... Then try reinstalling 7???

If you dont know what your doing in your registry though... dont do it...

For whatever my opinion counts for, this release sucks. Ran real slow, took over winamp, and when I tried to remove it it took a long time and left a ton of stuff behind, I'll stick with version 6

Hey Nero V7. have some bugs in it one of them is if you make an audio CD the music is Choppy at some parts. I had to re-install ver 6. i had no problem with ver 6. Nero need to fully test Ver 7. before releasing it.

It totally changes the in the nero burning rom. If you select the cd in the nero quick start. Suppose you make cd data or anything else you cannot change it in the menu it only displays about the cd not the dvd and seperately you can select the dvd. But the bug is fixed.
