Alcohol with the new dual layer feature needs to be activated

OK I was going to try this new Alcohol 120%,,,, but I decided not to because how slow is the download?You would have to use a calendar to time the download.
Actually this entire site has been crawling along lately.Time for a server defrag & overhaul I think.

It's true that this site is slow. But a lot of so-called top warez site are linking to 9down. They are sucking the blood out of 9down. I know that 'cause I visit them too and they link people to 9down

It is a shame how the site is being abused. Maybe they will have to stop direct links to the downloads. Or may be a sign in first before you are allowed to download.

I would hate to see it ruined or dissappear because of leechers.
I think it is the best site of its type by far. I enjoy coming here just to read most times.

For the ones saying this version is old, it is not. It has updated DEVICE SUPPORT (it supports Dual-Layer code now, and some other minor features), even though the version number is the same.

And for the ones complaining that the virtual drive isn't working fully (mounting images through Windows Explorer isn't working), let me tell you that the BetaMaster patch is working perfectly for me here.

Did you remember to patch the program BEFORE you rebooted? It's that the mounting of an image through windows explorer uses Alcohol Shell Extensions, and if you try to patch Alcohol AFTER you reboot, the shell extensions will be already in use, and won't be patched, ok?
