AnyDVD is a driver, which descrambles DVD-Movies automatically in the background. This DVD appears unprotected and region code free for all applications and the Windows operating system as well. With AnyDVD's help copy tools like CloneDVD, Pinnacle Instant Copy, InterVideo DVD-Copy, etc. are able to copy CSS protected Movies.
What's new:
- Fix: Problem introduced in 5.2.4.2 - not all unreadable areas of ARccOS protected discs were replaced with dummy sectors
- New: Added support for a new version of the "Sony ARccOS protection" as found on "Hitch" R1 (US) to the option to remove "Protection based on unreadable Sectors"
- Some minor fixes and improvements

there is a Generic Patch for tha apps of slysoft .. the creator was Markus.. U can Found in the last post of slysoft...in clonedvd i think or anydvd there if.. if not i can upload.......
This Version was Only for the Person(s) who give Slysoft the latest hints for the new Copyprotection found on Hitch (US) :-)

Actually, I'd check "verify written data" each time you burn with this installed in your system. I've noticed it can cause corrupt sectors to be written to disk the first time after using it even after your recording software saids "Burn process completely successfully". This of course can cause your movie to choke or freeze about a few minutes in.
I've used AnyDVD for a long time and struggled with this problem thinking it was my writer. Then I switched to DVD Region + CSS free and problem was gone as DVD Region + CSS free is only active on the programs that it needs. Not everything.
However, if you don't encounter that problem, Anydvd is probably the better choice since it even allows you to copy encrypted files right off the disc in explorer without DVD Decrypter.
