Use the Brett Walton key! It is fine. What is your aversion to using that key anyways? Nobody in their right mind is going to give up a new key for you while the old one still works. Why would they??? Why would they chance getting a newer key blacklisted.
On another note, as usual the current Markus patch needs updating again... I checked the SND release site, no 1.24 patcher yet...
