AnyDVD 6.1.1.0 Beta
Posted by saysay 1078 Day ago, There are 24 comments, 18681 views
AnyDVD is a driver, which unprotects DVD-Movies automatically in the background. This DVD appears unprotected and region code free for all applications and the Windows operating system as well. With AnyDVD's help copy tools like CloneDVD, Pinnacle Instant Copy, InterVideo DVD-Copy, etc. are able to copy CSS protected Movies. With the help of AnyDVD you can watch movies with non matching region codes with every DVD Player Software you like! AnyDVD decrypts not just DVDs: AnyDVD allows you also to play, copy and rip protected Audio CDs! But AnyDVD does much more, of course. For example, it is possible to control the rotational speed of your DVD drive, so you can watch DVDs on your PC with far less noise!

Changes in version 6.1.0.7; 2007 01 14:

- New: Added support for new versions of the SONY Arccos protection to the option to remove "Protection based on unreadable Sectors"
- New: Improved "Jump to title menu" with some discs containing TV episodes
- New: Workaround for bug in I/O subsystem of Windows Vista, which can cause BSOD with copy protected DVDs
- New: Workaround for problem with U3 USB memory sticks
- New: improved display of drive type in AnyDVD status and drive selection window

Olexijl i cant seem to email you, you'll have to email me, my address is in my profile here on 9down

thanks for the tip on the start location, it seems the code i use to start it lower is taking it too low on some screens i will need to switch to percentages rather than pixels to make it work for all

here is part of my AMS code for moving a file.....

File.Copy("AutoPlay\\Docs\\AnyDVD Loader\\AnyDVD_.exe", correct_location, false, true, false, true, nil);

correct_location is the place i want it to go to, BUT remember you must have 2 "\\" in the path or it wont work, so when you copy a location, you need to convert ti to AMS format using 2 \\ then remember to add || tot he end of the path before adding your file name

so for AnyDVD Loader it looks like this

-- Find install location --
Advd_location = Registry.GetValue(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, "SOFTWARE\\SlySoft\\AnyDVD", "Path", false);
-- Correct Folder Path to ams format ! --
correct_location = String.Replace(Advd_location, "\\", "\\\\", false); -- folder path

-- Transfer in Loader --
File.Copy("AutoPlay\\Docs\\AnyDVD Loader\\AnyDVD_.exe", correct_location, false, true, false, true, nil);

pe_fenaldo.a found in AnyDVD 6.1.1.0 Beta

This destructive, polymorphic, memory-resident, and multi-threaded Win32 virus infects EXE files (Windows executables) in the local drives and in Local Area Networks. It has a backdoor component that can upgrade or upload other malware from a remote location using its client program.

rESin found it in your installs, thanx

THESE REPORTS OF A VIRUS IN rESin's ANYDVD ARE B U L L S H I T

I PUT THAT INSTALLER PACKAGE TOGETHER, THE SETUP FOR ANYDVD CAME DIRECT FROM SLYSOFT, THE LOADER DIRECT FROM rESin, THEY ARE BOTH CLEAN.

THERE HAVE BEEN OVER 1000 DOWNLOADS EACH ON THE LAST 2 VERSIONS OF THAT INSTALLER AND YOU 2 ARE THE ONLY 2 COMPLAINING OF VIRUS, MY BET IS THAT YOUR MACHINES ARE INFECTED, READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THAT VIRUS ..... "memory-resident, and multi-threaded Win32 virus infects EXE files"

I SUGGEST YOU CLEAN HOUSE AND THEN RETEST THE ANYDVD.EXE, BUT BETTER TO UNINSTALL IT AND START AGAIN.

EITHER THAT OR YOUR USING CRAP ANTI-VIRUS PROGRAMS

btw... v6.1.1.1 beta has been release, no foxes yet, still too early

6.1.1.1 2007 01 20

SH-D162C) where disc insertion was not always correctly detected
by AnyDVD and decryption would not work.
- Fix: Removing Sony Arccos at the end of a title did sometimes
caused a "Navigation Pack error" or could cause the title to
disappear completely in elby CloneDVD.
- Fix: Bug introduced in 6.1.0.7, disc recognition did not work
correctly
- Fix: Bug introduced in 6.1.0.7, driver could switch into safe mode
without reason
- Some minor fixes and improvements

By this time this AnyDVD thread would have had over 30 to 50 comments. I think everybody else are busy fixing their PCs.

Fortunately I use AnyDVD on a standalone PC and could fix it with a XP reload. OF COURSE THERE IS A VIRUS. My PC was running on v6.1.0.7. and I support the previous comments of a virus.

RE : by crazees1nn3r on 2007-01-23 11:12:17

VCOM SYSTEMSUITE found the virus..it is inside AnyDVD.EXE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my machine has no infections other than that..i use symantec, spyware doctor,

AND adaware...nothing found after i uninstalled 6110. i am not here to start bullshit,

all i know is 6110 will not work with systemsuite running, and i am not cancelling virus

protection for anyone...6106 works, and i hope the malware is removed from 611xx

 and updates. it also ended up in files in system volume restore too.

all were deleted thru systemsuite. thank you for listening anyway.

Re: AnyDVD 6.1.1.0 Beta by RhinoHorn on 2007-01-22 03:36:35
If I remember correctly I downloaded the v.1.1.0.7 fix WITH THE VIRUS from the link posted by "cvx123" due to the rapidshare waiting time.
Re: AnyDVD 6.1.1.0 Beta by Gunslinger on 2007-01-22 04:27:28
i can not and will not vouch for file you download from links OTHER than the ones i post, if some dimwit reuploads it with a virus attached dont come whining to me if the links are not the ones i posted, if you really think the stuff i am uploading has a virus, scan the archive with an online scanner, the ones i post here do not have encryption on the archives so they can be scanned
