Think you have misunderstood the rules of the game dark_messiah. First is the news of a new update to a piece of software (which badrix has proven to be very clever at), then there is the search for a working way to use the software without paying for it (the latter for test purposes of course).

patch 1.40 has not worked on any of the betas and diffently not this one!!

I tried already. Unfortunately, the Patch 1.40 does not work on this version.
Once you patchs the AnyDVD.exe, it becomes a non-win32.exe program.
Even my Active Virus Shield sees as the virus Type_Win32 (modification). What a strange ^_^

Why does this "program" need Net Framework installed to do something that could written to a simple batch file?

I used Roxio 8 to copy dvd, they have no problems

To Copy Saw 3: You can use anydvd 6.1.1.1 and clone dvd 2 2.9.0.3. U just have to go through and delete 3 bogus title sets to be able to do it. Hope this helps.
