Nod32 used to be known as the best Lightest AntiVirus but unfortunately v3 is a bit of a mess.
This new and improved Avira AntiVir which has replaced Nod32 as a light excellent AntiVirus (No Bloat) and there's a free version! which is detecting more than Nod is.

Definately trying this one.
The latest test Feb2008 at AV Comparatives has Nod32 sliped to equal 6th place with Nortons.
Beaten by AVG, Antivir, GData, Kaspersky and Trustport.
