It's not banned on most of the trackers. It's banned on some of them and the version banned is 0.60

Hey man I can use µTorrent v1.5.1 Beta Build 456 on a AMD Duron 1.8 and leave it running and do whatever crap I wanna do online or watch a movie. It doesn't ues any resources at all. This Duron 1.8 is my internet/Ripp machine running 24-7 on 512MB or PC3200 so if this machine can do it I am sure you wont' have any problems. :-) This is what I use and you should give it a shot if you are wanting to use a good non memory hungry software and if you are having problems with slowdowns use µTorrent v1.5.1 Beta Build 456 you cant
