Obviously this child is a menace and should not be allowed anywhere near real people. 9down the continual attacks by this uagadugu warrants immediate termination of all access to this site. People should not and do not want to be subjected to children gone wild while their parents are either to drunk or stupid to manage their behavior. Please ban and remove ASAP for the greater good of this site. Uagadugu is a disruption this place no longer should tolerate. Attacks such as his demonstrate a very low intelligence that everyone finds annoying and boring.
