To the one who wrote this I was going to relpy to the one below it but it got deleted. The difference is that this is the full version meaning you can install it without the program already on your system. The other one is a patch and only works if you have the program on your system it just updates it. this is only about 100Mb if you had the program plus the patch it would be around 200Mb.

Thanks for the clarification. My point is, since there was a post regarding the same subject, there is no use posting it again especially that there are many programs that don't get posted here. I, myself, tried to post new programs, but they didn't approve.
