no offence, but i've never ever found am 'accelerator' or 'tweaker' that makes a slow connection faster. the best bet wouldbe to actually get a faster data plan.

I have to confirm that there's a way to have the maximum speed avaiable from the connection, you must have a little program that set a thing on the windows registry...i had one but it was only in italian...but i found a better one too...try with Auslogic BoostSpeed..I reccomend it for the line tweak...and it's perfect for the p2p sharing if you use bitcomet :D

Yep, not only that, this is Old!! I tried this a few months ago, the same version, too and it did nothing to increase my Broadband speed! Another piece of crap warez!!

It's meant for optimizing your connection so programs don't hog the connection at the expense of others.

This just looks like a generic tcp settings tweaker. Get Dr. Tcp and you can do the same thing for free.
