DVDFab Decrypter - previously named DVDFab Express (Free Edition) - is a simple version of DVDFab Express.It copies entire DVD movie to hard disk, and removes all the protections (CSS, RC, RCE, Macrovision, UOPs and Sony ARccOS) while copying.

It copies entire DVD movie to hard disk, and removes all the protections (CSS, RC, RCE, Macrovision, UOPs and Sony ARccOS) while copying.

Changes in DVDFab Decrypter 3.0.2.5:
- New: Parse both UDF and ISO9660 file system, and choose the correct one to read DVD.
- New: Added support for a new Sony ARccOS protection as found on "Silent Hill" (R2, Germany). Note: The new protection uses wrong file system, so it cannot be played on some DVD players, but backup disc can be played for sure.
- New: Added "Chapter Range" feature in "Main Movie".
- New: Updated language files.
- Fix: A crash problem when opening PAL DVD in certain cases.
- Fix: Error 400 when copying DVD in certain cases.
- Fix: Several minor problems.

I downloaded DVDFab Decrypter 3.0.2.5. When I started the software I get this when it opens....'DVDFab Decrypter has encountered a problem and must close'. Looks like some kind of crash problem. This happened a couple of
times. So, I went back and reinstalled 2.9.8.3 and it worked perfectly. Maybe they need to look into this. Also, DVDFab Decrypter 3.0.2.5 will not work if you have AnyDVD running. Has anyone else had this program crash?

Has anyone had a crash problem with this new version? Every time I open the program, it says, 'DVDFab Platinum has encountered a problem and must close'. Version 3.0.2.0 works fine....

Because 3.0.2.5 crashes as soon as you open it up......I

wish someone could give some insight on this. 3.0.2.0 is

the only working on right now....
