What is the advantage of downloading this? I use Vista 64 bits with a radeon 4850. Will it get faster on games? Thank you!

This is a crap. What we need is a offline installation pack (redistributable) so that no one can have a control over "who is updating which comp...").

I think it is DirectX End-User 9.0c (June 2008). I can't find version August 2008 in microsoft.com
