This download provides the DirectX end-user multi-languaged redistributable that developers can include with their product. The redistributable license agreement covers the terms under which developers may use the Redistributable. For full details please review the DirectX SDK EULA.txt and DirectX Redist.txt files located in the license directory.

This package is localized into Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Czech, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Swedish, and English.

Why you need direct x 10 on xp?
Only few high priced games use direct x 10 for more realistic gameplay what isnt cheap for gamemakers to make direct x 9 games with direct x 10 features.
There is 1 group who is makeing direct x 10 so that only vista games work on xp( but without the support for the direct x 10 quality features, because xp isnt vista)

Friend, I NEED DX10 on XP because I wanna play all new DX10 games on my light system.
I don't NEED Microsoft WinSHIT Vista on my system, because that is heavier than a forced marriage.
I will be waiting for its creation for xp, and someday...
Can you understand that???

If you want DX10, you need to use Vista.
Period. Full stop. End of story.

Good thing I don't need DX10.

Nah, DX10 can be work fine in Windows XP if M$oft like it ;)

But M$oft don't like it, they only are thinkin' in the ***ing Windows Vista (Windows ME v2.0).
