Directory Opus is a useful, reliable and complete file manager and Explorer replacement solution. Directory Opus goes beyond the simple file manager metaphor, and offers you a complete Explorer replacement. It provides you with a user-friendly and fully-configurable environment within which you can access and manage your important data with a minimum of effort. Harness the power of your computer like never before.
OK, I've tryed DirOpus, and it is far better than Total commander,

So I apologise for my comments, that's because I never had a good patch to date, so I dropped it, now, every thing is OK, many thanks 9Down, keep going better every day,
Thanks again

I was using 8210...was working just fine with the cokebottle reg info. Tried 8220...same problem as you guys...after applying patch..program does not start. I went back to an older 8200Unicode version I had and that works fine with the older reg info...the cokebottle one has been blacklisted. Sigh..I wish people would test their fixes before posting them. Tia :)

First ensure that opus is not running by closing the taskbar icon. Then apply the patch and after applying it delete the patch from the opus folder, it should work fine.

Geeze...I'm not a newbie...heh..I followed the instructions to totally shut down DirOpus also making sure to close the taskbar icon and checking task manager. I ran the patch and then deleted it from the install directory. This does not fix the problem. The program will still not start. Thanks for the tip anyways though. :)
