if you have (from 9down) v 11.0.686.0 with valid Licence.dal then you can update from program.
I got v11.0.698.0 update now running w/o problem...and defraging Vista in auto mode on drive V:\

pls HELP...can anyone tell me wich registry entries to delete so i can make diskeeper 11.0.701 work for another 30 days??? i've erased any registry refering to diskeeper, but every time i reinstall it says that the trial period has exipred and that i have to activate it...i treid with the license.dal but it's useless...thx

Try uninstalling the application using its uninstallation program from "Add/Remove Programs", and then nstalling it again, but put both the Setup.exe file and the Licence.dal file in the same directory before the installation. Then check to see what Diskeeper says about Product key (Action => Configure Diskeeper => About Diskeeper). It should say that the product key is not needed (if you did everything OK during the installation of the program).

I didn't have this kind of problem, the Diskeeper worked fine for me.
