About the two .exe version by

Hi,
what is the difference beetween the two exe ? (one is about 860ko, the other is about 2.3mo)
I've seen different release since a long time with the one or the other.
Actually I've a 860ko 3.2.1080 working fine, but i've tested 2.3mo and i've not seen difference.
