· Much better POST handling, e.g. with rapidshare.de (now it works also with late FlashGot choice, i.e. from unknown content type dialog, and data is automatically converted into a GET query strings if download manager doesn't support POST requests)

· Portable Custom Download Manager support (first executable path component is automatically swapped with profile's one if file can't be found)
· Two new Custom Download Manager placeholders: UFILE - a text file containing all the URLs of this job, one per line (e.g. useful for -i wget option). If this is found, the URL and COOKIE arguments are ignored (use CFILE). Thanks to Kamal for suggestion. CFILE - path to cookies.txt file for this profile (useful, for instance, for --load-cookies wget option, especially with [-i UFILE])
