i dun think so for hd-dvd
current all software except powerdvd ultra have no support yet

Gom Player is a good software, but not compatible with many Media formats/files.

hmmm never heard of this one but gave it a whirl.... I was quite surprised at how well it played dvd and avi... Impressive lil player... will continue trying this one our for awhile even though winamp is still my fav. avi player and nero showtime for dvds.... great post!
