I wanted to try this, but with all the news about how Google archives information about users .... FOREVER ... and how they can be forced to turn it over to any snoop with a court order, I guess I will have to pass. Not that I have anything to hide, but Google's behavior is an invitation to identity theft and all sorts of other problems for folks like us ... in my opinion.
What is this deal with Google just endlessly collecting information on users and visitors, then compiling and storing it forever? What kind of responsible company would do this when they are unable to protect user privacy even if they wanted to do so?

Google Desktop 4.2006.306.1208-en is the newest version I think.
That's my version...
