To celebrate the July 20, 1969 moon landing, Google has launched Google Moon as an extension of Google Maps and Google Earth. Babylon says that Polanka is really Po Lanka, and yes, Lanka is part of Sri Lanka and Po is the famous river of Italy.
Then, if Sinatra did it his way with Polanka, chances are that at the moment Sinatra is at Sri Lanka or perhaps in Italy (swimming in some river), but not in Germany or in The Heaven and never at the Moon.

Maybe he is composite from HEX if you just try convert to ASCII or resolve somehow maybe you can get a human from that IP
