I just tried it out.
After visiting all my usual sites several times, it claims to have saved me 37.5 seconds.
The savings per page was less than a second, not enough for me to notice.
Also it didn't work with my normal proxy enabled. I had to use a proxy chain.
I'll be uninstalling it now.
