Is this a some kinda JOKE???
I had submitted this software to 9down on 2006/6/14 SIX TIMES & they are posting it on 2006/6/20!!!
I had also subitted Hide IP Platinum 2.8 earlier but they didn't post it.
I guess they have something against this software or maybe a different reason for it...

I thought this is a nice program when i use it still it gives me URL block.I dont know what software i can use particularly here in the middle east where most of the sites which are not bad are blocked and no chance to view them, before i can use the software when all the ISP have their own IP address but when they are all combined using an account without user and password then all my bypass software didnt work anymore. some of the software i used is proxifier, httport, hide IP still giving me block URL. Any one who have an idea to bypass this ISP please help. thanks
