While creating the ghost file itself it will ask you if you want the file broken up to fit on cd media. You can define the sife of each segment. These would be saved on the hard disk itself. You can then burn them individually.

Use bbie to extract the boot image , which is a floppy image. Format your flashdrive for floppy image boot & point to this file as the boot image. In your bios you will probably have to set it as usb floppy. I am not sure about that part.
