Okay, I've never used this before. I've burned the ISO to CD, that's all fine. Suppose I now want to use Norton disk Doctor, how do I get to run that? I know it will be obvious but I can't see how!

Just boot with the Hiren's CD and use the menu to run the desired tool.

I "ducking" agree with you! You are not alone. They always give us the BS that they are reliable and faster. Like I said.. BS! There are others and better with download manager and resume like mytempdir.

Most of the software is years out of date on this CD, most of the utils won't work on a new machine eg a SOCKET 939 64bit processor.... best to download all the software yourself and make your own bootable CD. There are plenty of utils to help to do this just search on Google etc.

hi, when i try to unzip its using " winzip " or "winrar" it always asked for a password.
plz tell me some thing abt this or tell me any other software for " unziping" it

I have tried the CD on my laptop and it worked great but the problem came up when I burned another for my Desktop.....

I guess maybe the mouse is on USB and not PS2... (but the keyboard on USB too was detected though) Is there anyway I can make the boot up programs work? Coz it keep telling me that the mouse is not detected and the program won't launch
