Late on friday night Microsoft unveiled a set of intructions to enable and install Plus! for Windows XP on Windows Server 2003. An unusual step by Microsoft as this product is designed to be run as a server and not for applications that only affect consumers. However a welcome addition for some I guess.

An interesting snip from the article:

Note: DirectX and Direct3D are required for many of the Plus! for Windows XP components to work properly. DirectX and Direct3D are not activated by default in the Windows Server 2003 family.
