The first beta of IE 7.0 isn't expected for a few more months. But information on Microsoft's security, standards and interface plans are trickling out now.Sources say that IE 7.0 – which is code-named "Rincon," they hear – will be a tabbed browser.

IE 7.0 will feature international domain name (IDN) support; transparent Portable Network Graphics (PNG) support, which will allow for the display of overlayed images in the browser; and new functionality that will simplify printing from inside IE 7.0, partner sources said. The new browser also will likely include a built-in news RSS aggregator,
no cross-domain scripting and/or scripting access;improved Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) user interface;possible integration between IE 7.0 and Microsoft's Windows anti-spyware service, which currently is still in beta.

I think what they meant to say was:-
Sources say that IE 7.0 – which is code-named "SKIDMARKS," is LEAKING
already.
Sources say M-Soft said “we tried to make a totally new browser but it was just too dam hard.” So in the end we decided to just use Firefox instead. We changed it just enough so that we would not infringe Copyright.
Any way even if we did we would keep fighting them in court until they go bankrupt.
This option has worked for M-Soft before so why should we change now?
Also by the time it is all finalised it will be imbedded in our next Windows platform and we will say that we invented it.

Just as Microslop (Internet Exploder) caused the down fall of Netscape, Mozilla Firefox will drive IE into extinction., although some die hard MS lovers will continue to use it...for whatever reason, is beyond me.
It's pay back time!!

Just about everything that Microslop has released was stolen from another developer, so why stop now?? Whatever little they have created on their own has been bug infested and prone to hacks.
They need to work on better security for their products.
Mozilla has done that from day one and NOW...MS is catching on! About time, huh?
