changelog:

1. Session Manager add shortcut & default directory
2. You can copy session to system clipboard
3. Support copy selected page's source code to system clipboard
4. MiniDM add https support library auto-download button
5. MiniDM trayicon display download status now
6. FasterIE configuration dialog add "reset default" button
7. Fix Adblock bugs
8. Add serverinfo plugin again
