UPDATES_X

concerninig KAV 5.0.18 Personal Pro

when I had 4.5 I used UPDATES_X cause it was supposed to been better,
when I used 5.0 Personal I used EXTENDED UPDATES cause I thought it was same,
but now i went to do update location

and found 3 different folders

Does anyone knows?

This is old.
I have Intervideo DVD Copy Platinum 3 since 4 weeks.
My opinion about this app? Negative.
The best is Slysoft CloneDVD.

I Agree..Slysofts AnyDVD & CloneDVD2 cant be beat for great DVD Copies. Tried Intervideo Platinum and it is slow and did not have the quality that the old version 2 did.

Yes, or Nero Vision Express, but this is a little slower, but awersome quality.
To rip, the best quality solution is to use Nero Recode in H264 level 10, quite better and quick than DivX.
In any case you must have mounted before AnyDVD to decript protected DVDs or DVDIdle Pro.

I used a lots of programs for copy DVD, and the best, for me, is Pinnacle InstantCopy CD/DVD. It´s take a little more time to process the VOB´s but the quality is better that Clone DVD. Must use AnyDVD to avoid CSS and other protections or rip the DVD to your HD. I recommend to test it and see the difference.

If you can find a program called DaVideo it craps all over the above mentioned rippers and coppiers for speed and quality and has one of the only rip dvd to CD that actually works and works quickly.

It only has one drawback that I can find and that is that it's only produced in Dutch & German. If they have an english version I have not seen it worst luck. If you speak German or Dutch give it a whirl you will be impressed.
