I known this nothing to do with the DVDCopy, but can't seem to get help.
Does anyone have a problem with when using the WinDVD 7.0, you get the
video on the top and bottom, above and below the movie playing, you get
a gray screen, instead of all black screen??
What? Witch configuration do you use? I can only see a splash scree
using two computers: one Sony and the other is a Scaleo Fujitsu
Siemens, Nvidia 6600 video card.

Download and installed with no problems. However when run it stops at 99% complete. tried going to burn dvd and also tried saving to HD. running win xp pro.

Been using ver. 3 for a while and thought I'd try the update...this version is slow and even worse a memory hog. Back to ver 3.
sorry to hear that, but i just went from 3 to 4 and i find the new 4 is the best for me, i have no problem at all,

After installed, I try to execute and the message appears "Failed to
load XML File" and crash in splash. Anybody help me ? with 3, I
never had problems.

Hello. I confirm. The program dont work on my two computers with XP home or XP Pro. Freeze on splash screen.

So, for the machines where the program freeze on splash. Delete the splash1-2-3.png in the skin directory; launch the program; click ok on the message "failed to load xml file"; wait some seconds, the progr will work. Or... simply push "send" on the splash screen frozen image.
