The Tonec ppl is really hardworking. Jz a day after another new build coming out. Well. again i will wait for gag's IDM. New build information:

Version 5.09 Build 3 is available (Feb/27/2007)

What is new in version 5.09?

- Completely redeveloped the logic of taking over downloads

from all browsers. Fixed erroneous interceptions of the web

pages that IDM treated as downloads in the past,

for example, it happened in some cases on rapidshare sites

- Build 3 fixes bugs when taking over some downloads from Firefox

and other Mozilla based browsers

- Build 2 fixes a bug with "Thumbnails view" in IDM grabber

on Windows Vista

Awesome .. patch working fine... those who dont know.. copy patch and pest it inside Internet download manager folder. and then press patch button.. u will get "patching done"... brothers ..... read all the things... no one read and asks for help... if u wont read then you remain buddhhuu..

The mouseover will be removed in the next version.

Why?

The attention of the user should be of patching files, and not in mouseover. If i run such AIO, i have 2 questions, how to patch, and what to click... And i dont want to have 2 buttons with mouseover inside, they make the impression of the game, not the AIO.

However transition effects should be, they are cool.

If you refer to GAG's file as a virus, then you are wrong - and if you are not, then forget this post! As a user of computer software, you should know that virus scanners' sometimes wrongly identifiy files as malicious files/virus/trojans. These are termed as FALSE POSITIVES!

I'm quite sure that McAfee cannot detect GAG's files uploaded by Olexijl, User1 or Gag himself as virus. <Sometimes McAfee detects files that have been modified and that is perfectly the case with IDM> Anyway, I use the file on both my laptop and on VMware. I use a multitude of virus scanners and they haven't reported any problem with it. Even if they did, I would wouldn't mind because GAG NEVER DISTRIBUTE MALWARE.

I hope this is clear for any other posters who report such issues next time.

TO FUTURE POSTERS COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS ISSUE:
If you still doubt that the file is malware, then I suggest that you buy IDM from Tonec Inc. The only way you cab be sure to get value for money.
