This is Internet Explorer 7 Build 5299, which is labelled as "Beta 2 Preview". This is not necessarily (and almost definetely not) the actual final Beta 2 build, that we should see some time in Feb.

LINK FIXED!Installation Instructions:
1) Open the testroot.cer file and click on "Install Certificate" 
2) Follow the Wizard, making sure  that you let the wizard automatically select the certificate store
3) Run IE7-WindowsXP-x86-enu.exe !
NOTE: You must be using a Genuine copy of Windows in order to install this build! If you are not, you can always change your XP Product Key to a valid 700-PID one.
