2. Press the Download button for Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6u2
3. check the radio box Accept
4. click on the link of the preffered download, for XP users it's: Windows Offline Installation, Multi-language

This file on sale and not free now. The site say

New Changes in 1.6.0_02
The full internal version number for this update release is 1.6.0_02-b06 (where "b" means "build"). The external version number is 6u2.
All our above talk was an old windows internal build b05 there is a new release b06 now at Sun microsystems - http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
