@Kaspersky Fans, regarding this Anti-Malware, it all boils down to this:

It has been clear from the beginning which AV I think is best; my ID is testament to that.

Every new thread for Kaspershit's thousands of betas, I have indicated my opinion of the product, in no uncertain terms.

NOTE, however, that my initial attack has NEVER been to any SPECIFIC 9Down member; it has always been to Kaspershit, the shit product, to which a Kaspershit fanatic responded negatively to me, to which I responded likewise.

However, through all that, I have never sent emails to Kaspershit support saying:
"Lookie here! They have keys for your product, why don't you do something about it?"

This Anti-Malware though, this bacteria of a human being, emailed ESET support continously, detailing the existence of NODLOGIN, and questioning why they don't do something about it.
A basic search of his own comments here is enough evidence of that fact.

This Anti-Malware is a human stain, brethren.

The concepts of honor and integrity are beyond his comprehension, and he is therefore unworthy of any degree of trust.

If you use your computer only to surf on the Web, ESET Smart Security is enough, all sites aren't exposed on viruse's risk ... "KASPERSHITTTT IT'S A LOAD OF CRAP" ... Only 4 percent different between ESET Smart Security and Kaspersky in the AV-COMPARATIVES ... Personnaly, I have test the 2 and there is no way, ok I admit Kaspersky is better for his detection perform, but VERY VERY VERY SLOW DOWN your connection speed, it has been proveen in numbers articles in France ...
Whereas, ESET Smart Security works very well, with analys time's record concurrently with Kaspersky, especially at startup of your computer ... So, if you need a AV, I RECOMMENDED STRONGLY ESET Smart Security than Kaspersky, because I think ESET is largely enough to surf on the Web, evidently on site of you can have trust and his lightness IS THE MOST GRATIFYING I HAVE EVER SEE IN A AV !!!!

Trust me test the 2 and give me the difference !

Otherwise, take ESET Smart Security (NOD32) THE BEST EVER for me !

Finally here's the answer to all fights...

those who have seen AV-Comparatives weblog results, let me tell u that it is not a very hi-fi institute or something lke that, its simply like 9down where people comment, who are no more expert than us.
If they say Nod32 is king then tht does not mean it is...
Its like 9down people start a blog for AV comparison and vote for an AV to be best, same there.

so no neeed give AV-Comparatives weblog examples..

Sality.NAO
was a recent virus that was DISINFECTABLE. Both kaspersky and NOD32 did the disinfecion of *.exe files that were infected. Both removed the extra KBs that was added to all exe files. But the files BETWEEN 5 MB to 8 MB were rendered partially useless after disinfection by NOD32.
I mean the information in EXE files were not usable fully.

Limewire and other didnt have any problems, but EXEs of Winamp SETUPS, OFFICE setups were useless.
I came to these results afterspnding more than 20 HRS on PC (hav both Vista and XP 64)

If uwant I can send u a lot of viruses. I usually store them in CD for test by changing extensions

KASPERSKY did restore the files to their proper state

6. blah .699 version of ESS (NOD32) was used and 8.blah.430 of KIS

When I first used ESET then it did disinfect all files, and I also removed the reg entries (after reading them on esett site itself) that prevented the virus from being run on each start, but every time I was restarting the PC, The Virus became active and again searched for exe and infected all.

Then I manually searched for all EXE files, and scanned them, but found that EKERN.EXE was itself infected. and message was ...could not disinfect bcoz file was open.
and if file was close, how am I goin to disinfect?

NOW ESET doesnt have any provision for safeguarding its own EXE. HUH

Go for KIS, coz u can save a lot of RAM, on VISTA, if u r an expert user and know how to configure KIS.
I protect My PC with only Proactive defence and firewall of KIS
