Beta ?..lmao....KAV sux it slows down ur computer to a crawl using a lot of ressources and as far as the scan of ur computer is concerned it takes like forever , i prefer Nod32 cause it doesn't have those major problems

Yeah..finally i unistall norton and try KIS 6.0.1.411 and guest what..?
amazing result..!!!! kaspersky can detect trojan on my pc that cannot detect with norton 2007
finally i believe that kaspersky is better than norton......thx guys..:)

dear friends, my problem is installation o.k. but kasp beta never update itself and gave errors.and then my win xp pro 64 bit system was run slowly and not operated.and then ? wanna remove it but ? did not remove.please help me how could ? solve that problem?thank you very much.

I will slow down your computer to a crawl and the scan last forever , u can go to bed by 10 pm and when u get up at 8 am , the scan is still on..lmao no joke
Nod32 don't have those problems so , say NO to Kasperscrap and his 100000000000 betas !!!!

boromeo, what you may not understand is AV's can be controlled. If your AV is using a lot of memory, u can disable some of its services. But the more services of an AV the better you are secured. I think your computer is just old to handle it. Kaspersky is one of the very interesting AV around today. It ain't no way close to AVG or Nod32.
i didn't say that KAV was using a lot of memory, anyway i have 1 gig of Ram , i said a lot of resources and that KAV is slowing your computer to a crawl, and talkin about memory Nod32 takes 15 megs of memory and KAV 27 megs , when it's time to scan ur drive KAV is wayyyyy to slow.....Disabling some of KAV services ?? , why would i try this Av if i have to do so ?
but i respect your opinion.. i didn't say that KAV wasn't a good AV but for me it's way to slow for scanning ur drives and takes more resources than Nod32

Ok yesterday before my NOD32 trial ran out in 2 days... I ran all my virus/malware scans..... This is what I had gotten..
Adaware found tracking cookies, same for spybot.... A-Squared found cookies... Spyware Terminator found like 3 trojans... AVG Anti-Spyware found like 12 trojans NOD32 got like 5 trojans... SUPER Anti-Spyware found only tracking cookies Windows Defender found 1 trojan
And all samples were found off of www.offensivecomputing.net
Today i had still had 2 days... But i was worried the computer was still infected... So i ran bitdefender 10 after uninstalling nod32...bitdefender had alot of problems... installing and crap... so i removed it... installed Kaspersky... which had then found 6 more trojans even after AVG and NOD and WD and ST had removed all those.... 6 more!
I must say... I am impressed... and am not leaving Kaspersky again lol.
What crap.... you would not have ANY Trojans or Virii EVER if you used DefenseWall or other HIPS virtualization method. And you would never have to update signatures, or pray that one of the thousands of slow delivery trojans that NO ANTI-VIRUS PROGRAM WILL EVER CATCH infects your computer.
I'll bet that you are still badly infected. Keep praying and updating.... LOL!

AVK has Kaspersky's and Avasts engine.... And it's #13 while Kaspersky is #2?
And there using old versions... NOD32 is 2.5 while 2.7 is out....
And there using the old version of Kaspersky 6, not the .411.

Whatever you say, other antiviruses might detect other trojans or viruses that might not be detected by KAV or KIS but onething I'm after for KIS is it doesn't take much of my CPU resources like others, yet it protects my PC 99% against intrusion. :)
99% protection is no protection at all. Krapersky and others are just sucking up CPU and bandwidth for nothing. Whatta scam. You might as well just bend over and let the trojans, virii and keyloggers have their way with you. LOL!
100% protection is available through virtualization. PERIOD! Perfect protection without constant updating or ridiculous subscriptions.
