wll i didn't downloaded this but i did an onlibe scan and whent to bed , wehn i got up the scan was over with no viruses but then i had problems with my windows explorer , isn it possible that thatv versionof Kaspersky AV has soem conflict problem with windows ?

This product seems to be awful. I've had more hangups and restarts with this than I did with Nortons and it slows my system down terribly. AND WORSE, I can no longer get AmiPro3.1 to work on my machine. Customer service 24/7 is a total joke. They email you back the same non-solutions to your porblem that are on their URL. What a mistake this is!!!! I don't know if I can ever recover from it and to loose my work horse AmiPro is a disaster!!!!!!
rofl, who uses AmiPro? Just because your little app doesn't work anymore doesn't mean that Kaspersky is crap. You just don't know what you're doing.
1) Kaspersky 6 is still in beta
2)You'll need to be familiar with how to add programs and their respective dll files to the allowed/trusted section of Kaspersky.

you would think, they would get in contact and ans our problems - but that would take real people - and I'm not whining - I paid big bucks for garbage that has ruined my system and I get no support from these people - I call it fraud when they say they have 24/7 tech help and its nothing more than a website that is static and is of no help to me whatsoever - I trusted them and thought I was improving over Nortons - the store clerk pointed out the reviews - obviously the reviewers were lying to or didn't have the need to use one of the greates of all word processors, AmiPro3.1. Now I have to take this crap off my system and go back to Norton and eat crow because there is no one at this company who is willing to help correct the ruination of my computer and my favorite software. Yea, I'm whining - the State AGs should file a class action suit against misleading advertising.
