Kaspersky Lab represents a new generation platform for creating applications specifically designated for complex protection of personal computers and workstations.
List of Changes: - Added russian localization (approx 70% translated) - Security Analysis Master started to work (for now without realtime machine protection levels with external log) - HIPS rules for working with devices (for now only USB and Bluetooth), If you want to check re-plug the device - Basic variant of network subnets listing implemented - AV scanner optimization performed - Scan and Update dialogs are changed - Alerts about packed objects have been refactored - Highlight report entries and copy them into the buffer (new feature) - Localization mistakes in english builds - Error about inability to edit port numbers have been fixed

This could be the dumbest post I have ever read in any forum worldwide
I think he may be referring to the ongoing trend of non-n00bs giving up on realtime AV; the combination of sandboxing, HIPS, non-admin accounts, imaging, virtual machines, etc. provide much better protection than trusting in AVs and their blacklist model.
For the features, its not bloated. Whats the matter? Perhaps your computer is a win95 Pentium 1 with 64 MB ram? Times are changing and I would suggest you try to keep up with multi-faceted programs that have become more and more common. oh! and realize they take more than 2 MB ram and more cpu to do their job proficiently. ROFLMAO!
