Kaspersky is pure beta. It IS Crap. It's detection engin is far from perfect(they all are). Kaspersky has barely a 40% in the wild detection ratio. Compared to others such as GData and od course NOD32 using kaspersky is the digital version of russian rullet.

If you listen to the idiots that hawk this crap here the only thing you can tell for sure is that none of them should be in possesion of a computer be it a dell or a fisher price, they are just to fukin stupid.

If you rely on kaspersky, and truly belive it works...well your stupid. Sorry that as nioce as I can put it. Your a moron, Kaspersky does NOT do what you people think it does. I proved it. Not by typing this to a bunch of idiots. But by creating 4 test beds and testing for 10 days on my own in a controlled situation and a T1 connection.

The real facts are that kaspersky missed over 60% of all the viruses we threw at it and all of them came from the wild.

GData and NOD32 are the best..pick one!

Now I would hope everyone will performe their own test, don't takr my word for it, sht I only learned about computers from NASA and and several Government training facilities.

Put your operating system on your smallest hard drive , install all of your favourite programs and drivers.
Use Acronis True Image ( or any other imaging software you prefer ) to make yourself a DVD image.
Use your other hard drives , if you have any , for storage , including a copy of your image incase you need it.
Forget about antivirus programs they only clog up your system and slow it down , you don't need them , they're more trouble than they're worth.
If you're careful , you don't even need a two-way firewall , and the XP one will suffice.
if you do accidentally click a trojan and get hacked or virused , install your image and start again , it only takes a matter of minutes - DON'T LET THE FUKKERS CON YOU into thinking anything else.

Today in the morning i uninstall Nod32 (one year of use) and install kav. after reboot, my machine was transformed in a turttle, my ICS was lost, and after a sacanning of 5 hours (NOd32 takes 20 min) kav finds nothing. This is the best av for you? The best of KAV was the desinstallation.

Well there you have it. A real test done, proving Kaspersky inferior and still people want to throw stones in denial. Why is the question I ask, why defend such a blatantly substandard piece of software.
Then I finally realized what was really going on. The little kids that are constantly re-pasting the same dumb-ass comments over and over, such as ugastillstupid and WulookatmeIamstupid want you to use this garbage specifically to screw with people. The fact is they don’t use Kaspersky, because they do know its crap, they want you to use it in order to laugh at the stupid people that do listen to them. There really is no other explanation that would explain promoting such a poorly conceived piece of software such as kaspersky. Uga and WuDi are two little children who are getting their jollies by trying to trick others into using an antivirus they know doesn’t work.
I believe that both of them must be running computer systems their parents bought for them, probably dells. And most parents will not shell out for anything more then the $294.00 special that dell has. What would you buy your 6 year old? So you have 2 small children who have virtually no parental overview and at least a dial up connection. Combined with making up their own bogus survey and learning how to copy and paste, you have the Kaspersky campaign. An effort to get everyone’s computer to run as lousy as their own.

Why i do install a software that slown-down my pc, screw some things and not find anything that other sowtware do which less resources and no problems? It's just a question.

NOD32 and Kaspersky, both get high ratings whereever i look, but, Kaspersky does tend to get a higher rating becoz it DOES have a better engine, in both detection rate, and performance.

the only thing i would like to see fixed in kaspersky, is the fact that after you allow or deny a file, it causes the AVP to lock up the cpu for about 10 seconds, otherwise, its fine, and i wish i had gotten kaspersky before i had ever found ZA, as ZA is the biggets POS ever.

Kaspersky IS king, and nod is a close 2nd.
