whenever i try to install this one (or the final release from yesterday) i get a blue screen and then my comp shuts down and restarts. Any ideas? Im using Vista.

I have the same problem during installation on Windows Vista - somewhere in a middle of installation Kaspersky reports an error that a file can not be executed, and then there's a blue screen and Vista restarts...
No good...

the betas are not work perfect. yesterday i tried toinstall kaspersky betas on my vista computer. First everythink is ok but. when the open email messages via double click or single click in Outlook 2007, Outlook crashed. And this problem continiued until uninstall the kaspersky. I love kaspersky but not with problem :) I install Nod32

Do you know that "Kaspersky"6.0.1.411 final is not compatible with Macromedia Flash Player 7.0 etc. ? And these...Vista compatible has also probable the same serious problem. (a lot of programs need Mflash player!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Antyvir for Vista??? I though that in Vista access to kernell was blocked by defult for any 3rd party antyvir soft except Windows Defender. Please enlighten me if is different.

I tried to install the Workstation version, but is till get similar error. This time, my comp shuts down without a blue screen, and restarts. Can anyone advice what to do? Im using Vista RTM

Ok, here is my experience with this :
Tried to install KAV....halfway thru i got the blue screen of death...as told in other stories above
Installed KIS...used the betareg at top...installed great..told me to reboot to finalize setup...did that
and here's where it got weird:
didnt see a "K" logo in my bar....Defender popped up and told me that my Antivirus was not running properly (and the start button in defender was unlit..couldnt start KAV from there)...so i went to Start/kaspersky/modify repair...tried to run that..it told me that the program was running and had to close it out be4 i could repair or modify...checked task manager...NO kaspersky in program/processes list...
ok, so i did a safe mode...tried to run 'modify repair'.....error popped up saying i couldnt run that program in safe mode ...thought about doing a 'restore to last clean state...but just restarted system normally....
system up...and lo and behold KAV is in my bar and running..Defender acknowledged this as well....
dunno if that will help any of you in this..but this was my experience...
