A-Patch has been updated to include MSN Messenger 7.0.0429 and 7.0.0732 ! ;)
Now it is able to patch MSN Messenger:

Some features include Polygamy (Multi-MSN), Custom Games, remove BETA tags, remove buttons from the Contact List and Instant Message window, remove Ad Banners, remove What's Hot sections, add the ability to choose your status from the systray before you sign-in, show Idle status and much more! This patch has more than 30 features!

thanks, but this patch is not very good, it doesn't even remove half the things they mention there, it doesn't remove, it's doesn't remove "Beta" from the title, there was no option to select that, it doesn't remove "Packs" or what's new, and many many other things. I say if you have the original patch that was posted with Msn Messenger leave that, it's much better.

This patch works fine and if you can't use it just turn the computer off or stop using MSN Messenger please, save us all.
