MSN Messenger lets you see when your friends are online and exchange instant messages with them. Send instant messages with cool, new emoticons, call anywhere in the world from your computer, see when someone's typing, page a contact's mobile phone, send pictures and music to your friends, and much more. You can also use this free program to make phone calls, send a message to a pager, trade pictures and music with your friends, and much more.
This is an official public beta build from Microsoft. It is intended for testing the performance and stability of the product and to perform more server scale testing.

Ummmm.. dude... do better reaserch... 0429 is rather old considering the latest beta is 0623 which i got a week ago. ;( ... sorry to burst your bubble... but thamks for your troubles.

Anyway, this is an OFFICIAL release from ms, thus not a newer 'leaked' (prone to third-party mayhem) version. READ before posting please.

Regardless, Ver.0623 may not be the official release, but it IS the latest and works just fine.
Messenger Plus 3.50 plays well with it.
